Introduction reflectivity aluminum reflector cup and precautions:

Aluminum reflector lamp as the light source with a point source, the need remote spot lighting reflector, typically cup-shaped, commonly known as the reflector.

Reflector materials and the advantages and disadvantages

Aluminum reflector cup by three kinds of materials: metal, plastic and glass temperature.

2, plastic Reflector: Stripping once completed, optical precision, invisible change memory, moderate cost, the disadvantage is poor temperature resistance, commonly used in high-temperature small torches and portable lamps.

3, glass Reflector: once completed stripping, optical precision, invisible change memory, temperature, the disadvantage is the high cost, fragile, heavy. Often used in high-quality products without having to move in. Such as film projectors, searchlight, locomotive lights.

Reflectance

Coating layer reflects visible light efficiency. Meson in the highest vacuum plating, followed by vacuum aluminum, anodized minimum.

1, vacuum plating meson: used in glass reflector. Meson not only has the highest reflectivity of visible light, infrared rays generated by the lamp was able to pass through the meson, the heat dissipation capabilities and extend the lamp life.

2, vacuum aluminum: used temperature plastic and aluminum reflector. Reflective rate, is a major automotive and most light coating process. The disadvantage is that ultraviolet light generated by the lamp reflector cup albino would reduce reflectivity; infrared and can not penetrate the aluminum layer and is reflected back to the lamp, the lamp continues to heat up, affecting the life of the lamp.

Precautions

Aluminum reflector cup vacuum process, the aluminum layer thickness not exceeding 10μm, acid, alkali can react, thereby reducing the reflection rate. Reflector not touch, but can not use water to clean.
